For our guests' enjoyment, Forsyth Park Inn offers complimentary culinary delights each day beginning with early morning coffee or a comprehensive selection of tea. Our breakfast seatings are from 8:30 a.m. (earlier upon request for business travelers) to 10:00 a.m. served on our sweeping verandah or individual tables in the parlor. Each morning our buffet features homemade granola or oatmeal, an assortment of breakfast breads and muffins, yogurt, and juice. A first course of seasonal fruit is served followed by a full gourmet breakfast with Forsyth Park Inn culinary specialties such as Florentine Eggs Benedict, Fresh Fruit-Stuffed French Toast, or a true Low Country breakfast of eggs prepared your way, creamy Georgia grits, maple-cured bacon or smoked sausage, and fluffy southern-style biscuits. With advance notice, we are happy to accommodate special dietary requests.
Refreshing beverages and hors d'oeuvres are served early evening in the parlor. Our guests are encouraged to relax on our rockers while enjoying the magnificent park view from the verandah or in our private courtyard garden listening to the sound of the flowing fountain. Late evening offerings at the inn consist of delectable sweets available all night in the parlor, accompanied by a selection of herbal tea and decaffeinated coffee.
